I have over 5 years experience in Personal Training and Strength Coaching, and have trained/coached everyone from day-one beginners to National-level strength athletes.
Over the past few years, I've competed in more than 20 Strongman competitions. I've become the Strongest Man in New Zealand in the Under 105kg division, as well as the Strongest Man in Pacific U105, and the 9th Strongest Man in the World U105 (drug-free).
I also have experience with Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and Bodybuilding training styles. I compete as often as I can to learn as much as I can about building strength, to become the best coach I can be. I have received coaching and education from Olympians, World Record-setting Powerlifters, and World Champion Strongman athletes as well as their coaches.
